AlignOrg were looking for a way to share files privately with their clients. Consider having three clients; each client had their own tailored presentations and spreadsheets - we created the ability for the administrator to manage folders and files within the existing portal, then assign access to their clients. Clients who have access to a folder can see everything in it.

Learning Module

We created several eLearning modules, 28 animated videos, enrolments and reporting. Each eLearning and video introduced a key Organisation Design concept. A nice learning dashboard was also created to bring all the development together and provide a logical sequence of learning material.

Digital Tools

While the learning created in this solution was the main course, the digital tools we created to streamline the organisation design process was super fun, challenging and innovative.

We started by digitalising many Microsoft Office documents (Word/Powerpoint/Excel), in-person whiteboard workshops and processes. Then we linked them all to capture information in one tool, and it would be instantly available in another. (Imagine doing this with PowerPoint?). Then we developed visualisations so that the info could be interpreted, analysed, reported and actioned.
