HR Assist

HR Assist is an innovative HR platform offering online information, advice and tools, backed up with personalised coaching and support. HR Assist was designed for employers who may be unsure of their responsibilities, who lack knowledge around how to answer employee queries, or who may have encountered employment relations problems.

Features

  • Membership platform
  • Tailored plan types providing different levels of access to content, tools and advice
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions with credit card payments
  • File storage (Dropbox like functionality)
  • Marketing site
  • Custom built administration panel with dashboards

Memberships with monthly and annual subscriptions

To get access to HR information, advice, digital tools, personalised coaching and support through HR Assist, you must be a member. Members pay for access with pricing options for all organisation sizes. To achieve this, we created a subscription module powered by Stripe Billing, which provides all the bells and whistles a membership system like this needs to create recurring revenue.

Memberships

Bronze, Silver and Gold Access

Depending on the plan type (think bronze, silver and gold) you’d get access to different things. For example, a bronze membership might give you information about a performance review process, whereas the gold membership would give you an editable document to conduct the consultation. To achieve this, we created the ability to manage a list of membership types and a way to assign the various tools to those membership types. We then wired the frontend up so a member would only see the information they have paid for.

Folders and files

Think Dropbox, Google Drive or Box kind of functionality. We seem to build quite a few of these - maybe there is a market for it? Anywho, we created a custom folder and files module to enable the HR Assist administrator to upload files using a straightforward CMS. The CMS would also allow the administrator to select which members or membership types could access the folders or files.
