A popular option for Organisations with learning designers is to be able to send us a learning design, and we rapidly develop the solution within 3-4 days.

Our ADDIE process

We use ADDIE, a robust but simple instructional design model to break down the phases of the project.

Analysis (A)

We'll conduct a learning needs analysis and provide an Instruction Design Map (IDM) that will outline the learning outcomes, the narrative approach, and ideas on activities.

Design (D)

The module design is completed in this phase, including a storyboard, scripts, wireframes and visual designs.

Development (D)

With the design phase signed off, we'll now get to build using a rapid authoring tool such as Storyline, Captivate or something else. Of course, this all depends on your requirements.

Implementation (I)

After several iterations, we'll eventually publish the learning in a format of your preference for upload to an LMS, Intranet or something else.

Evaluation (E)

The final part of the process is to prove that the learning initiative made an impact using something like the Donald Kirkpatrick training evaluation model.
